BECOMING MURAL CITY

 

I read on the Ticker that Traverse City will launch a mural festival in September, 2025.  During the week-long festival, artists will paint a minimum of five new murals around the North Boardman Lake District.  I’m partial to murals as an art form because they’re accessible to everyone.  The festival news sent me out looking for murals I hadn’t seen before, including ones painted on electrical boxes and garbage bins.
